Orders and Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours, and will be dispatched very shortly afterwards.

Shipping times vary depending upon final destination, but typically take 7-14 days.  We do ask to allow 28 days for delivery, especially with the Coronavirus situation across the world at present.  You will be provided with tracking details of your package, so you can follow its progress from our door to yours.

We have a standard flat fee for shipping of US$5.00.

Please be aware that prices do not include taxes or import fees for your country or local area.  It is not common for either to apply, however it is the customers responsibility to pay for any charges/fees that may arise.  If you have any questions about this we suggest you contact your local customs authority.

We want all of our customers to be 100% happy with their purchase which is why we offer a 14 day return period.  This begins from the day the watch is delivered to your address. 

When you receive your watch inspect it thoroughly and try it on, just as you would in a store - without removing any protective stickers or sizing the bracelet etc.  If for any reason you are unhappy or change your mind on the purchase during those 14 days please contact us to arrange a full refund.

To qualify for a full refund the watch must be in the identical condition that you received it - completely undamaged with all accompanying documentation, and in the original supplied box.  If the watch is received with any signs of wear or damage, or not as received, a deduction will be made from the refund amount of up to 50% of the value. 

Please note, we do not refund purchase shipping fees nor pay for return shipping fees.


All Loreo Watches come with a 12 month International Transferable Warranty.  This is to say that your watch will be free from any defects in workmanship or material for the first year of its ownership.  Should you discover any defect within this time period we will (at our discretion) repair or replace your watch for you free of charge.  For warranty repairs/replacement the following conditions must be met;

  • the watch was purchased from us directly via the Loreo Watches website
  • upon inspection we determine that the error or issue is a defect in workmanship or material, and not caused by negligence of the owner
  • the watch is accompanied by the International Warranty card upon arrival

Please be aware that scratches and marks to the watch case, bracelet and bezel are considered 'wear and tear' and do not fall under warranty criteria.
